If you read her blog a little further down in that link you will see that Gladys is signing her own books at Tinners’ Rabbit bookshop in Ulverston on Tuesday 8th July 10am to 12 noon. Gladys once said that the busiest shop in Ulverston is the Oxfam Shop. That remark is a testament to her humour — even if true! Thanks Geoff. I am ridiculously nervous about the whole thing. Signing a book in a couple of cafe’s etc is one thing, I just happened to be there. Also signing for individuals BUT a two hour spot for possible customers is something else. I have read the Larry James (Authors and Speakers Network) of about 15 tips of ‘how to’ and how not to’ and have followed some of his ‘preparation’ advise BUT…
By the way, my When Angles Lie will also be with me, including the second edition — if ready in time.
